Announcing... the title of the Sequel to Everneath

And, the title of EVERNEATH 2: It's EVERNEATH-ier is...

Drumroll please... (press play. It will be fun.)

Drum roll

EVERBOUND!

Last night, I had a Twitter guessing game going, and the SECOND guess to come in was:

 Everbound? Evertwined? hmmmmm

Wow, Alli. Have you been reading my mind? Seriously, I was like, Is it that obvious?

Anyway, I love the title for several reasons:

1. It's easier to say "EVERBOUND" than it is to say "EVERNEATH". Try it out loud. You'll see.

2. EVERBOUND sounds like a real word... one that I won't have to spell out every time I say it. (No, I didn't get tired of doing that with EVERNEATH, why do you ask?)

3. "BOUND" has different meanings, two of which really apply to the book. I like them.

So, yon bloggerville, how do you like the title?

  15. Well, bound obviously makes one think of bondage which we now is the case for one of our beloved characters. But bound can also refer to a trip . . . as in homeward bound. Hmmm . . .

  22. Great title. I really like it. You're right about the double meaning. It fits really well with the series.

But I still think Eversocks should be a contender for book 3. At least consider Evermitts... lol
